This website presents our print and design services and provides ways to contact us and send artwork. It is not an online checkout. Sending an enquiry or uploading a file does not by itself place an order or approve a proof. These website terms do not replace the quotation and terms agreed for your particular job.
Quotations and agreeing your job
Contact us to confirm the product, size, quantity, material, finishing, artwork requirements and deadline. The quotation and order confirmation should set out the agreed work, price, applicable VAT, payment arrangements, delivery/collection costs and timing. If anything is unclear, ask us before confirming. Additional work or changes to the specification should be discussed and agreed separately.
Supplying artwork
Follow our artwork guidelines: supply a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed where required, without crop or other print marks, and name files so we can identify your order. Files needing preparation may incur artwork charges; we will discuss these before proceeding. You must have permission to use the supplied text, images, logos and other material, and to instruct us to reproduce them.
Proofs, changes and print appearance
Where a proof is supplied, check the wording, spelling, contact details, layout, dimensions and other job details before giving approval. Raise changes before production begins. Approval does not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility to carry out the agreed work correctly.
Screen colours and electronic previews are not an exact physical colour or material sample. Tell us before ordering if colour matching, a physical sample or another particular production requirement is important, so we can confirm what is available and agree the specification.
Timing and delivery
Confirm the required date and delivery or collection arrangements with us before ordering. Timing depends on the agreed specification, suitable artwork and any necessary approval. Changes can affect cost and timing. Do not rely on an unconfirmed deadline shown or discussed generally on the website.
Cancellations and problems
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change work; the position depends on the agreed job, its progress and your applicable legal rights. Consumer cancellation rights can differ for personalised or made-to-specification goods and for design services. Any applicable cancellation information should be provided before you order.
Tell us if supplied work is faulty or does not match what was agreed, with the job details and photographs where useful. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods and services.
Website content and external services
Website photographs illustrate examples and may show mockups or applications of artwork. Confirm the precise product and specification with us. Do not reproduce our website content or customers’ artwork without the relevant permission. You may browse the site for legitimate purposes; do not attempt unauthorised access to the office area or interfere with the website.
Dropbox, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms. Opening those services does not constitute acceptance of a print order by us.
Privacy, questions and updates
See our Privacy policy and Cookies policy. Contact our studio if you have a question or complaint about the website or a job. We may update website terms; the terms agreed for an existing order are not changed simply by updating this page.
